  Usually this is a great store and easy to shop at but for some reason my last visit there was just one cashier and she needed to call a manager for a code frequently and then the manager would leave after entering the code rather than opening another cash and helping out, despite the fact that there was a long line

  Went today with full intentions of buying skis today. Was there for 45 minutes. No one helped me. Had lots of employees come walk past and look at me but no one helped. I would not recommend going there if gig might need help from an employee.

  This is a great store, we are frequent shoppers here as a family of 5 and we like the quality and staff in this location. The only flaw I have ever found there is when we go there looking for something that they had on there website, and they don't have it in store.

  Waited over 45 mins for help. Nobody available so left. Does nobody work in this store? One cashier up at til, one person sharpening skates. Nobody else to help in any area. Was here to outfit two hockey players. Soooo disappointing!!!!
