  We sat and waited to order for a half an hour. Then when we were ordering they had nothing we wanted. They said they were out of orange crush, but had a 2l bottle at the front and offered to pay but they said not for sale. Then when we ordered we waited half an hour for our breadsticks and salad, but not even five minutes later our pizzas were there, but our appetizers weren't even here yet. So much more happened but I would have to write you a whole story.

  The seating now is set up for groups of 4 people which is too small for the average family here.

  They did the renovation during a 5-5-5 deal and magically were open the week after and wouldn't even extend the deal which is a joke.

  The new renovation is like being in prison. The service is HORRIBLE! Ever since it got taken over by Asian people it has been a horrible experience. It used to have some of the best servers and awesome fast food, now all the white staff has been replaced with Asian ppl and you might aswell serve yourself.

  Pizza tastes great but the lady taking orders can hardly speak English and we didn't get what we ordered.

  This place has declined in recent years, but they catered very well to my wife's dairy allergy. They knew which crust was ok (gluten-free thin crust), and any topping except cheese. We have brought large groups there, and small groups and school groups, (even got a tour on field-trip). The lunch buffet is a staple.
