  i needed a printer and wanted to see what I could get and I wanted something faster and maybe a longer lasting ink. I liked my sales person he had a big smile and listened well and did not push and seemed to know his printers and a couple of things he double checked on and then he helped me with my printer (my old recycled one) out of my truck and carried the new one and placed in the back seat - always a big win when I get service of helping carry purchases to the vehicle. It was nice and easy visit, quite stress free as I was anxious about - Oh no another techno thing to replace!

  This place is pretty slow, because of Amazon and other online stores, but it's very well stocked and they have friendly staff. They also have basically anything you can think of that's office related. There's a print shop, post office drop, and computer repair shop.

  it is 2 days later and I had to take this printer back to staples as I could not connect to our wifi and I had the HP printer techies work on that as well I was concerned that they would give me hassel. that did not happen i was refunded fully right away as it was less than 14 days and I was guided to a more suited printer for our home use and farm internet. Canon was recommended and It cost us $250 less so I am so impressed. Canon is easy to operate, simple and icons are self explanatory.

  I had my lap top stolen in saskatoon and had the choice to pick up another one there but because I have always had top notch service at this staples store I chose to wait and come here closer to home to buy one. I was not disappointed. The service once again went above and beyond. 3 sales people helped me with questions. If one didn't know they would go find someone who did. They gave me time to make up my mind and because of their help I ended up choosing a very good lap top. One that I hope will last for years.

  worst place in yorkton to get anyone to answer the phone for service. Always get message, but nobody is in the store?!. Pure lazy! Even made a complaint to the manager, after 6 phone call efforts of trying to get ahold of a person (trust me ....give it a try. Push this button, that button, and then try again), and I didn't get a reasonable response, except for "what model number of chair are you looking for, for $79.88". It's in the flyer!! Like for Walleye in the desert. Go to Walmart. They don't have a better response time, but at least they try a little better.
