  A bank with no time to talk but the manager who i wanted to spend time with was greeting customers at the door. She took the time to stand in the entrance to tell us no one had time for us. Lol. She could gave used tgat time to answer our questions. The atyitude seems to be tgey dont need our business. This bank has in the past outright lied about fees and services available. Id strongly recommend bank shopping before using the yorkton branch of RBC.

  I've never spent so much time 'on hold' listening to a recording of 'how much I am valued' as I have with this bank and posted phone number. After multiple days (5 separate days trying to reach someone by phone on hold for at least 15 minutes each time) I finally get through to find out i am talking to someone in Toronto. Guess what..all calls go to Toronto! Then that person puts me through to a 'real person in Yorkton' which is just a voicemail. That person gets back to me 1 week later by Text. When I follow up to them by text (seeing as that as the only way to communicate with RBC) they say they will call me that day when free...which or course they never do. Today i receive a text stating ' Sorry they missed my call again today but they are now away at a conference but will call when back later this week'. Guess what RBC and RBC Wealth Management...I am driving to your branch this week to pull all accounts. That's a lifetime of personal, business, and investment accounts. That obviously means very little to you or your customer service would actually be real service.
