  The product is fine but now trying to have part of the fence repaired has been extremely frustrating. I have tried to contact the office 8 times for the last 5 months. Out of those 8 times after leaving voice mails and sending emails I finally spoke to Corey once who reassured me they would fix it when they were in the area. This still has not happen even though it appears to be a simple fix...Cut another top piece so it is long enough to stop coming out and the panels don’t fall out. Unfortunate because I have another 118 ft of fence to do and will not be using this company.

  Would never recommend this company. Very Poor workmanship and quality. The fence they installed is not straight, the gate broke within 6 months of installation and it took them over a year to even call us back. When they did call us back, we were threatened, screamed at, and hung up on. Horrible service, poor quality work and very disappointing. Would never recommend them to anyone.

  5 star for product 2 star customer service. Had my fence put in about 6-7 years ago and held up great. One fence panel broke so I called for warranty got voice mail and left message. Next day they called back and asked me to send a pic to a cell number, I did. Next day I didn't hear back so I text again and still nothing next day I finally got a response "who is this!" Apparently office doesn't relay info to installers and they had no idea what I was talking about. So I explained the situation and it's been over a week now and have heard nothing, so I tried calling again and got voice mail. Can't leave a message because mail box is full. FRUSTRATING

  Quality product and good install work. Had a little trouble with one rail being short but they came out and fixed it. Their pricing is better than others as well.
