  This place is horrible and has the worst customer service. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. They clearly don’t treat their customers well and are lazy. They f***ed up our car and now refuse to fix it. Going to cost twice as much but we’re taking our vehicle to a real shop seeing as these guys won’t even return phone calls. Pathetic...

  Stellar guys and great service. Niel is our go to guy but they all work hard to get you in the best fit for you for the best price. Recently we bought a vehicle locally. Got a really bad bending over. That makes you appreciate and look forward to what these guys do and how you can't wait to deal with them again. Can't wait to see what they find for Us next. Our last truck from key was an 08 Silverado which cost us a mere 800 bucks in repairs over 8 years. When we asked for reliable they offered us bulletproof. It was family for 8 years with us and many more for someone else. If you don't care for Chevy and want used...check out key for great deals on what you want. It's a win win. Key. You guys are tops and I need a new t shirt lol

  My family has bought at least 6 vehicles here and gotten good service as well. Apparently you have to look right or something because I've never gotten the sleazy, used car lot, feel. I've always been treated with respect, and had access to the service manager, body shop manager, sales manager, etc. They've talked me through doing my own service (changing glow plugs) and spent a good hour talking about my totaled pickup. I bought a family car, pickup, and SUV there, as well as insurance repairs, and mechanical work. They've replaced my windshields, changed my oil, changed my head gasket, etc. They happily sourced parts from Salvage and told me the Salvage warranty (90 days}.
